Tip for bike rental in Yeouido Han River Park

Spring's coming, the weather is warmer and the flowers bloom. Cherry Blossoms bloomed earlier than usual. Last week, I went to Yeouido Han River Park, one of the well known places for the Cherry Blossom.

I used to go there to ride a bike. Han River Parks are a nice place for bicycle riders. Bicycle rental shops are set up in 8 districts in order to provide users with convenience. Among many Han River Parks, Yeouido Han River Park is the best.



Normally, I got there by subway line No.5, Yeouinaru Station. Nearby the station, there is a bike rental shop, 3000 won per 1 hour. After 1 hour, extra charge is 500 won per 15 minutes. And identity card is essential for rental. 

But I knew a good tip last week. Nearby Dangsan station on line No.2, there is a free bike rental shop. Service hours for a free bike is much longer with 10 hours. To rental a bike, should to join the website and register T-money card. Dangsan station is easier to go, cause it's on line No.2 same as my home or university, while the Yeouinaru station needs transit. It is 10-15 minutes by bike between Dangsan station and Yeouido Han River Park.

Yesterday's rain made the Cherry Blossoms be gone but yet Yeouido Han River Park is a good place to go on a picnic.
